Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the condition received to qualify.

• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method once we receive and confirm the item is in its original condition. If not, the return may not be approved.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Final sale and custom pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Just send us an email at hello@mivedijewelry.com with your order number and reason for return – we’ll take it from there!

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

International Returns

• Duties and taxes paid upon delivery are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returning a Gift?
